About Me

My goal is to empower families to make informed decisions regarding their child's education. The more we educate folks, the more it will help them make well informed decisions. I have been on both sides of the table of IEP and 504 meetings and know what it takes to get your child's needs met. I love to learn, grow and educate. This has always been my passion, but I did not fully realize the impact I could make until I entered the public school system as an educator. I began advocating for myself within the college setting to receive accommodations. After college I began my journey teaching within the classroom setting as a Special Education Teacher in middle school. Life had presented certain opportunities where I had shifted my position and focus for the children and their families. I strive to help enable your child to make progress appropriate in light of your child's circumstances.
